How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes about 5–10 business days in France and 7–15 business days internationally. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free on orders over €50. Below that, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to request a return, as long as the item is unworn and in its original condition. In the EU you also benefit from the 14-day legal right of withdrawal. Email us at mavecontactt@gmail.com and we'll guide you through it.

How do the sizes fit?

Our tees and hoodies have a unisex regular fit. Take your usual size, or size up for a relaxed, oversized look. Every product page includes a detailed size guide in centimetres.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify with full SSL encryption — we never see or store your card details.

Why does my order take a few days to ship?

Each piece is printed specifically for you once you order. It takes a little longer than off-the-shelf fashion, but it means no overproduction and no waste.
